Any donations made are non-refundable and do not create any obligation for enhanced services or support.

All content, features, and functionality of My CSP Portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of My CSP Portal and its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of our services without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My CSP Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past six months, or zero if you haven't made any payments.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our platform or via email.

Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
